Panama, Panama City. - The Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Developers (ACOBIR) held the MLS Awards 2025 ceremony, an event dedicated to celebrating the excellence and outstanding performance of its members. In the 'Sales' category, professionals stood out, such as Jazmin Caballero from INSIDE PANAMA REAL ESTATE CORP. for the highest number of listed and closed residential units, and Elizabeth Boseman S. from BOSEMAN REALTY INC., who led in volume and closure of commercial units. Janeth del Carmen Gómez S. from BIENES RAÍCES CASA SOLUTION, S.A. was distinguished as the agent with the most closures in collaboration with other MLS system members. Meanwhile, Joanne Hatch from HOUSE HUNTERS PANAMA CORP. received recognition for the highest volume of residential closures. In the 'Rental' category, the awards were given to Eric Van Hoorde, Yosef Aviad Cattan, María Carolina Di Girolamo, Itzel Alvarado, Ana Carolina Fábrega, and Ron M. Cohen G., who excelled in their ability to manage inventories and close contracts for both residential and commercial properties. The guild also highlighted the importance of cooperation among colleagues. These awards recognize the productivity and professionalism of agents and companies that use ACOBIR's Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform, an exclusive tool that facilitates collaborative work and promotes transparency in the national real estate sector. In the institutional category, GRUPO TRIBALDOS, S.A. won the 'Company with the Highest Sales Volume' award, consolidating its position in the market. Sarita Hanono de Hamui, president of ACOBIR, highlighted in the third person that these awards reflect the ethics and commitment that distinguish the guild.
