Panama's Seafood Market was packed on Holy Thursday as people sought seafood for the weekend, continuing the Catholic tradition during Holy Week. It was reported that on this Thursday, the market will operate 24 hours a day, allowing vendors to offer their products for a longer period; however, it will close at 4:00 a.m. on Friday as usual. Every year, at this time, the number of buyers increases, looking to bring fresh, quality products to their tables at the best possible price. While vendors assure that the products have good prices, buyers state that they have risen, mainly due to the increase in fuel prices. It is recommended to walk through the different stalls and compare prices.
