Cultural Exchange Program Concludes The third edition of the "Torrente de Canciones" program successfully concluded, building bridges between Panamanan décima and Spanish author song. This cultural project, running from September to November 15, focused on uniting musical genres and fostering a new generation of composers.

Music as a Unifying Force As part of the program, held in the month of patriotism, a creative dialogue was established between five artists from Panama and Spain. From November 13-15, the city's historic district transformed into a stage for collaborative creation, workshops, and an exchange of experiences.

Organizers highlight that this exchange creates a repertoire that unites genres such as décima, pop, and indie music under the banner of a shared cultural identity.

Organizers' Quote: "The décima that resonates in the country's interior and the song born in a Madrid bar speak the same language: the language of memory and emotion."

Grand Finale The festival's closing event was a free concert held on November 15 at 7:00 PM at Tío Navaja (El Cangrejo district). Spanish singer-songwriter Ainoa Buitrago and renowned Panamanian artist Yigo Sugasti shared the stage, promising a memorable encounter of melodies and verses from two cultures.
