The streets of Juan Díaz were filled with joy, music, and traditions during the celebration of the Cry of Independence, where the tamborito, polleras, and patriotic colors made the entire corregimiento rejoice. More than 20 schools and 14 folkloric floats participated in the civic parade organized by the Junta Comunal de Juan Díaz together with the Unión de Santeños, who threw a grand party to honor our history. Children, youth, and adults came out in their best typical attire, while the murgas played and people applauded from the sidewalks. Emotion was in the air, and the patriotic spirit was truly felt, with that cheerful touch that only the people know how to add. 'The parade was a display of unity and love for the country. Juan Díaz once again showed that when it comes to celebrating Panama, its people are always present.'
