The Hayah International Short Film Festival in Panama celebrates 17 years of its history with a new edition dedicated to promoting and showcasing the country's emerging cinematic talent.

Beyond the short film competition, the Hayah Festival offers a robust free educational program. The activities will take place from November 19 to 23 in two major cultural centers of the city. The official selection of short films, competing in seven distinct categories with their respective winners, will be screened at Cinépolis El Dorado theaters. These activities are designed to benefit students, filmmakers, and all lovers of the seventh art.
The five-day event will also incorporate networking sessions specifically aimed at fostering productive encounters between established professionals and new talents of the national audiovisual industry.
