A small plane with four people on board crashed near Calzada de Amador in Panama. Firefighters reported that there are no fatalities, but two of the occupants were injured and are being treated by personnel of the Unique Pre-hospital Emergency Management System (SUME).

The entity stated that the investigations will adhere to the national and international standards required for this type of case. They indicated that the relevant investigations have begun to determine what could have caused the aircraft to fall on Panamanian soil.

Currently, technical verification work and the collection of preliminary information are underway, they assured in a press release.

It was learned that both individuals are conscious.

The BE33 aircraft with registration HP33 crashed in the area at around 9:50 a.m., according to the Civil Aviation Authority (AAC).
