At The Game Awards, the world premiere of the first trailer for the film 'Street Fighter' took place. The movie, based on the Capcom video game, is scheduled for a theatrical release in 2026.
Set in 1993, the plot follows the estranged street fighters Ryu (Andrew Koji) and Ken Masters (Noah Centineo), who are forced back into combat when the mysterious Chun-Li (Callina Liang) recruits them for the upcoming World Warrior Tournament. However, behind this brutal showdown of fists, destiny, and fury lies a deadly conspiracy that will force them to confront each other and the demons of their past.
The cast includes Noah Centineo as 'Ken Masters', Andrew Koji as 'Ryu', Callina Liang as 'Chun-Li', Joe 'Roman Reigns' Anoai as 'Akuma', David Dastmalchian as 'M.
