At The Game Awards, the world premiere of the first trailer for the film 'Street Fighter' took place. The movie, based on the Capcom video game, is scheduled for a theatrical release in 2026.

Set in 1993, the plot follows the estranged street fighters Ryu (Andrew Koji) and Ken Masters (Noah Centineo), who are forced back into combat when the mysterious Chun-Li (Callina Liang) recruits them for the upcoming World Warrior Tournament. However, behind this brutal showdown of fists, destiny, and fury lies a deadly conspiracy that will force them to confront each other and the demons of their past.

The cast includes Noah Centineo as 'Ken Masters', Andrew Koji as 'Ryu', Callina Liang as 'Chun-Li', Joe 'Roman Reigns' Anoai as 'Akuma', David Dastmalchian as 'M. Bison', Jason Momoa as 'Blanka' (and producer), Cody Rhodes as 'Guile', Andrew Schulz as 'Dan Hibiki', Vidyut Jammwal as 'Dhalsim', Eric André as 'Don Sauvage', Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson as 'Balrog', and others.

Producers are Mary Parent, Cale Boyter, Jason Momoa, Takayuki Nakayama, and Stefan Makhoul. The film is directed by Kitao Sakurai. It is produced by Legendary Pictures in association with Capcom and will be distributed by Paramount Pictures and Legendary Pictures.
