Panama - An unidentified man died after being hit by a white pickup truck on Tocumen Road (via Domingo Díaz), near the Don Bosco station and in front of a shopping mall. Before midnight on Saturday, the vehicle struck the victim with its front right corner, apparently as he was attempting to cross the road. Due to the strong impact, the man died instantly. The pickup truck suffered severe damage at the point of collision and on its windshield. Experts from the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences (Imelcf) as well as transit units arrived at the scene to investigate the case and remove the body.
