The Ministry of Culture of Panama has published its new Cultural Agenda for the period from January 16 to 23, 2026. Under the slogan 'Vibra Panamá', the programming seeks to encourage citizen participation and free access to various artistic and educational manifestations in different points of the national geography.
The start of the programming features events of international relevance such as the Panama Jazz Festival, which offers master classes with Danilo Pérez and performances at the Ateneo Theater and the Central Quadrangle of the City of Knowledge. Simultaneously, in Los Santos, the Junta de Embarra in Pedasí and the awaited Parade of a Thousand Polleras in Las Tablas are celebrated. For the children's public, the summer courses 'Veranito Mumo 2026' at the Museum of the Mola and 'Verano Binal 2026' at the National Library remain active. In the theatrical realm, the public will be able to enjoy plays such as 'Willy Wonka' at the ABA Theater and 'Once Again Dad' at La Plaza Theater.
One of the pillars of this Cultural Agenda is the tour of presentations by the National Symphony Orchestra, which will offer free admission concerts in various provinces.
