Cement truck overturns causing traffic jam

Early this morning, around 5:45 a.m., a truck loaded with cement sacks overturned on Centenario Avenue heading towards the city center. The driver was taken to the hospital. There is additional concern over a potential fuel leak, so safety measures are being prepared before moving the vehicle. The congestion is significant as this is a key route during peak hours. Drivers are honking, buses are stopped, and people are slowing down to see what happened. Some are even pulling out their phones to record the scene. The vehicle came to rest on its side by the roadside, near the Rod Carew stadium and before the entrance to the Northern Corridor. Authorities are asking for patience and, if possible, to avoid the area while the truck and cement sacks are being removed. Traffic and fire department units have arrived at the scene. Although the truck does not directly block lanes, the traffic jam formed quickly. The morning started badly for thousands of drivers.
