During the celebrations of the Novena and Feast of Saint John Bosco in January, the collaborators of the Governorate of Panama made a donation of food baskets. This year, the festivity takes on a special meaning under the motto 'With Don Bosco and Mary, believers and free to serve', attracting thousands of followers who keep the devotion to the figure of Saint John Bosco alive. The governor, Mayín Correa, highlighted the importance of the act, stating that these offerings represent a plea for peace, prosperity, love, and health to multiply for the population. Likewise, the 150th anniversary of the cooperators salesians globally and 119 years of uninterrupted work in Panamanian territory are commemorated.
