In Panama, a man known as 'Pepe' was apprehended in the Juan Díaz district after being accused of spraying fuel on a 14-year-old minor and subsequently setting him on fire. According to the case file of the investigation, on January 22, the suspect attacked the victim in the 81st neighborhood, in the Concepción sector. Following the attack, the young man was urgently transferred to a primary care medical center and then to a hospital, where he remains confined due to significant burns. It is expected that in the coming hours, the suspect will be presented before a Guarantees Court for a judge to initiate the judicial process for the crime against life and personal integrity in the form of attempted homicide.
