Empowoman, the country's most important free initiative for women, organized by the creative agency Cardigans Group in partnership with Multiplaza Pacific Mall, has solidified itself as a high-impact platform for the personal, emotional, and professional development of thousands of participants. The organization confirms that over 10,000 women have been part of this training and connection experience. In its previous editions, the event has promoted women's comprehensive development through exhaustive sessions including conferences and dialogues led by local and international leaders. In its debut in 2022, the event welcomed over 1,200 women, a figure that contrasted with the original projection of 250 attendees. This growth trend continued in 2023 with 2,800 participants, while in the 2024 and 2025 editions, more than 3,000 attendees were registered each year. The programming adapts to the current interests of the audience and allied brands, covering fundamental areas such as entrepreneurship, motherhood, wellness, health, digital content creation, finance, and abundance. The fifth edition of this event is scheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2026, at the Multiplaza Pacific Mall facilities, reaffirming its role as a benchmark space for elevating the conversation about women's opportunities and growth in Panama and the region. For the 2026 cycle, the organizers will focus their efforts on deepening the bonds between participants to generate tangible transformation in execution and accompaniment. Cardigans Group seeks to strengthen strategic alliances with brands that share its philosophy of community value.
