With this initiative, +Móvil and its foundation consolidate their role in creating a digital culture where innovation and ethics advance jointly for the benefit of all Panamanians. As highlighted by the Senior Director of Operations and Technology (IT) of Más Móvil, José Sierra Zambrano, the technological impact depends on the conscious use of the available tools. Young people contribute their perspectives on data protection and the application of safe artificial intelligence in a changing ecosystem. Sierra Zambrano stated that, as a leading TechCo in the country, the company assumes the responsibility of promoting connectivity along with digital education. According to the executive, prevention is based on responsible habits and the exercise of critical thinking in the face of automated content. The event organized by the Más Móvil Foundation features the intervention of Camilo Martin, Senior Manager of Projects and Analytics at Liberty Latin America. This infrastructure is profiled as a fundamental pillar for national defense against sophisticated digital threats. The forum integrates the vision of youth through university students and finalists of the National Oratory Contest. Martin presents the concept of 'Guardrails' or safety barriers, which consists of applying technical rules to mitigate unwanted behaviors in AI systems, ensuring an ethical environment. Likewise, the public sector is represented by Francisco Guinard, Deputy Administrator of the Government Innovation Authority (AIG), who details the advances of the new Cybersecurity Operations Center 2026.
