Last night, things heated up in the El Colmenar area, located in Nueva Libia, Ernesto Córdoba Campos district (Panamá Norte), after a man was shot. The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m. on a soccer field, where a 37-year-old man was attacked. According to witnesses, several hooded individuals fired at the victim from a car and then fled before being apprehended. The bullets hit the man in the ankle, arm, and right side of his torso, prompting an emergency transfer to the Policlínica Generoso Guardia in Santa Librada, San Miguelito district. Although the victim's identity was not revealed, it was reported that in 2013 he was investigated for a personal injury case, and in 2022 he was wounded by a firearm.
