Alejandro's family had been searching for him for many years, hoping for the possibility of identification. After receiving the results of the DNA test, they could finally recognize his case. Now they have the opportunity to hold a funeral and return the remains of Alejandro.

"We never lost hope that we would find him. This gives us some closure," said Alejandro's mother in a comment on the results of the test.
