Most Wanted Gang Member Surrenders in Panama

Panama - Antonio Flores Alvarado Kewell, who is on the list of 33 'Most Wanted' for gang-related activities, surrendered voluntarily this Friday at the headquarters of the Public Ministry, located in the Central Park buildings, in the Pueblo Nuevo district. The young man presented himself to the Anti-Gang Prosecutor's Office, where units of the Judicial Investigation Directorate (DIJ) carried out his arrest. This individual, accused of crimes against public safety, had an arrest warrant issued by the Public Ministry, and a reward of $2,000 had been offered for information leading to his apprehension. Kewell is allegedly a member of the criminal group known as 'Sangre Negra' or 'Siscilianos', which operates in the San Miguelito district. With this, he is the 13th 'Most Wanted' arrested from the list of 33 wanted individuals with a reward.
