With a career that began at the company in 2011, the new executive will lead operational efficiency and the opening of new business lines in key markets such as Panama. This appointment reinforces the company's global structure and responds to its optimization strategy in the markets where it has a presence, highlighting Panama as a fundamental hub due to its position as a logistics and connectivity center in Latin America. The new Director of Operations, who will report directly to the International General Management, will be tasked with driving service and process efficiency in the ten countries where the group operates outside of Spain. This knowledge exchange aims to consolidate Grupo EULEN's leadership by implementing quality standards that have already been successful in the European market. Fernando Garrido Posada has a solid academic background, holding a degree in Business Management and Administration, a Master's in Supply Chain Management, and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. His extensive experience within the organization began in 2011, and he recently led the Aviation business unit operations in the United States for the past two years. With this addition to the international management team, the multinational reaffirms its commitment to operational excellence across the 11 countries where it maintains active operations. The ultimate goal is to offer higher-value services that respond to the evolving needs of industrial and service sectors in each region where the group is present. A central part of his management will be the transfer of technical know-how to facilitate the launch of new business lines in high-growth potential areas.
