Panama - A Honduran and a Dominican citizen, wanted in the United States for serious crimes committed in that country, were handed over this Monday to their authorities by Interpol Panama. The Central American, wanted for kidnapping, and the Caribbean citizen, sought for child sexual abuse, were arrested by Interpol on December 16, 2025, at Tocumen International Airport. Both individuals had active arrest warrants and extradition proceedings in progress after being captured, as they had international notifications against them, in compliance with international police cooperation procedures.
