Two Foreigners Extradited to the US from Panama Accused of Kidnapping and Sexual Abuse

A Honduran citizen and a Dominican citizen, wanted in the United States for serious crimes committed in that country, were handed over this Monday by Interpol Panama to its authorities. The Central American, wanted for the crime of kidnapping, and the Caribbean citizen, wanted for child sexual assault, were apprehended by Interpol on December 16, 2025, at Tocumen International Airport. Both individuals had outstanding arrest warrants and ongoing extradition proceedings after being captured, as they had international notifications against them, in compliance with international police cooperation procedures.
