The suspect is allegedly a member of the gang known as LBI or Los Bebé Inquietos, which was dismantled on November 20, 2025, by the National Police and the Anti-Gang Prosecutor's Office through Operation Sosiego. Investigations by the authorities have revealed that this group operates in the Belisario Porras district, specifically in sectors 3 and 4 of Samaria, and is accused of committing homicides, armed robberies, organized crime, drug trafficking, and other attacks on public security. With Duncan, the number of 'Most Wanted' for gang activity who have been arrested or have turned themselves in since the list was published on November 24, 2025, has risen to 14.
