The total amount of sanctions applied to private schools from 2019 to 2025 sums to B/.94,310.00. Most reports are linked to tied or conditional sales, lack of information, advertising veracity, and abusive clauses in educational service contracts. Since the pandemic, a progressive decrease in complaints has been observed. Acodeco maintains active vigilance to protect the rights of parents and reminds users that any irregularity can be reported through the Institutional Information and Complaint System (Sindi).
