Among the arguments presented by the Public Ministry was the alleged existence of López's contacts with workers in Bocas del Toro, a situation that the judge did not consider sufficient to modify the measure. This confirms that the protection of the investigation and the supervision of the accused remain intact. The hearing concluded with the departure of the accused and his defense team, who reiterated their commitment to cooperate with justice.
