In a children's football tournament, Estrella Azul and the Mayor's Office of Panama have joined forces to organize an event that brings together 26 teams divided into three groups.
The goal of this initiative is to promote the practice of football from an early age and to encourage values of teamwork, discipline, and respect among young participants.
During the competition, children will have the opportunity to demonstrate their sporting skills, as well as to enjoy healthy competition and camaraderie in a safe and controlled environment.
One of the tournament organizers highlighted the importance of providing recreational and comprehensive training spaces for children and young people in the community through sports activities that contribute to their physical and emotional development.
In the words of one of the coaches of the participating teams: "These kinds of tournaments are essential to instill values such as teamwork, personal improvement, and fair play in children, aspects that will be key not only in the sports field but also in their daily lives."
