Panama Boxing Night: Ten Fights at New Venue

A major boxing event is set for Panama on March 14th. Ten fights, featuring bouts with undefeated prospects, will be held at the new venue, the Vasco Núñez de Balboa Convention Center. Organizers Master Promotions and Guantes de Acero have put together a packed card for boxing fans.

A total of ten fights are confirmed for the card of next Saturday, March 14th, which is moving from the gardens of the El Panamá Hotel to the Vasco Núñez de Balboa Convention Center. The event is organized by the companies Master Promotions and Guantes de Acero, by promoters Sergio González and Diego Victoria, respectively. In the main event of the evening, the capital prospect Jonathan 'Alta Gama' Miniel will face the Darien native John Valencia in 8 rounds at 140 pounds. Miniel is an undefeated Panamanian prospect with nine fights (8 KOs) and will risk his status against the rugged Darien pugilist. Meanwhile, Panamanian Alexander Durán will face a tough test when he takes on the undefeated Dominican Michael Ramírez in 10 rounds at 150 pounds. Durán has a record of 21 wins (7 KOs) and three losses, while Ramírez has not lost in 23 fights and has won 17 of them by knockout. In an international bout, the undefeated Dominican Luis Reynaldo Núñez will face Colombian Jhan Stiven Camacho in 10 rounds at 130 pounds. Núñez has a record of 22-0 (14 KOs), while Camacho has 14 wins, four losses, one draw, and five knockouts. In other fights on the card, Panamanians Hibrahim Valdespino and Enzo Moreno will face each other in 6 rounds at 126 pounds; Eliecer Arcia (Panama) vs. Leiner Rodríguez (Panama Oeste) in 6 rounds at 122 pounds; Yuki Azaka (Japan) vs. Ezequiel Bonilla (Panama Oeste) in 6 rounds at 105 pounds; Eduar Martínez (Darién) vs. Adrián Morales (Panama Oeste) in 4 rounds at 135 pounds; Yardiel Rodríguez (Panama) vs. Michael Rondón (Venezuela) in 4 rounds at 147 pounds; Moisés Rodríguez (Colón) vs. Ricardo Bethancourt (Panama Oeste) in 4 rounds at 122 pounds; and Seth Durán (Costa Rica) vs. Eric Macías (Panama) in 4 rounds at 160 pounds.
