The event is backed by several state entities and local partners, including the Panama Tourism Authority, the Ministry of the Presidency, Tocumen International Airport, and the National Immigration Service. Organizers note that this institutional coordination has strengthened the event's execution and positioned Panama as a host for international sporting competitions.
