Veracruz, West Panama — A 17-year-old minor known as 'Williams' was shot dead at around 10:00 p.m. on Thursday on October 11th Street, also known as 'La Loma de Quipo', located in Veracruz, district of Arraiján, West Panama province. Residents of the area claim they saw nothing; they only heard the sound of gunshots and footsteps of people running through the neighborhood's paths.
