The highest hiring intentions are observed in the communications sector, with 33%, and consumer goods and services, with 28%. These sectors seem to be anticipating growth that leads them to increase their workforce.
On the other hand, a notable fact is that 36% of companies in Panama claim to have fully achieved gender equality in their work teams. This figure shows significant progress in terms of labor equity in the country.
