BAC Holding International Corp. (BHI) today announced its intention to acquire 99.56906% of the issued and outstanding shares of Multi Financial Group, Inc. Both Bac and Multibank are owned by the Colombian Grupo Aval, which acquired the Panamanian capital bank six years ago, although both continue to operate independently.
