Panama Begins Fourth Payment Cycle of Social Aid Programs

Starting November 17, the Ministry of Social Development (MIDES) will begin the fourth payment cycle of the 2025 Conditional Cash Transfer Programs. This payment will benefit over 186,000 people who are part of the Ángel Guardián, 120 a los 65, Red de Oportunidades, and the SENAPAN Food Bonus programs. The National Government, through MIDES, will disburse a total of 54 million dollars during this process. Beneficiaries will receive the payment via the Clave Social card, between November 17 and 28. Additionally, as part of the social inclusion strategy, payments will be made in rural and hard-to-reach areas from December 1 to 5, ensuring that citizens in remote areas also receive their aid. The objective of this payment is to continue supporting families in vulnerable situations, contributing to the improvement of their quality of life through these financial aids.
