Acodeco also included in its survey fresh and smoked ham, pork leg, chicken ham, breast, turkey-poult, and national chicken, so that buyers have all the information in one place.
This first price monitoring is already available on the Acodeco portal (www.acodeco.gob.pa) in the Statistics and Prices section.
Acodeco also went around supermarkets in San Miguelito and Bella Vista to tell us how much these products really cost and to help consumers not overpay.
According to the first monitoring of the year, carried out on November 24 by the Department of Price Information and Verification (Diprev), the Kiener brand smoked picnic ham is between B/.9.75 and B/.10.47 per kilo, while the smoked ham from Rimithos is between B/.9.25 and B/.9.59 per kilo, depending on the supermarket.
