New Job Vacancies in Panama for Engineers and Technicians

The Panamanian government and the private sector are offering job placements through the 'Empleos Panamá' platform. The National Government is promoting labor inclusion with new positions for engineers, technicians, and operational staff in the provinces of West Panama, Colón, Herrera, and Panama. The Ministry of Labor and Labor Development (Mitradel) announced the availability of new vacancies through its electronic platform 'Empleos Panamá' as part of a strategy to strengthen access to the national labor market. The 'Empleos Panamá' platform serves as a central axis to promote inclusion and ensure that local human talent can access positions that require competence, experience, and specialized training in various technical and professional areas. In the province of Herrera, the call is focused on the position of Fleet Engineer, responsible for optimizing the maintenance of vehicles and heavy equipment. The highest concentration of positions is in the province of Panama, covering various economic sectors: Technicians and Professionals, Services and Gastronomy, Administrative and Creative, and Operational and Logistics. According to Mitradel authorities, this effort, led by Minister Jackeline Muñoz de Cedeño and President José Raúl Mulino Quintero, represents a firm step towards social development. This initiative, developed in alliance with the private sector and under the management of the National Government, seeks to efficiently connect job seekers with real opportunities that improve the quality of life for families in various regions of the country. The labor offer driven by Mitradel is strategically distributed to cover needs in the provinces of West Panama, Colón, Herrera, and the City of Panama. In the province of West Panama, a Mechanical Supervisor with technical training or engineering is required to coordinate preventive and corrective equipment work. In Colón, the positions include Plant Operators with knowledge of safety standards for loading and unloading products, as well as Civil Engineers or Architects for the supervision of perimeter fencing works.
