The electricity distributor ENSA informed its clients residing in the San Miguelito district that, from the billing corresponding to February 2026, the collection of the cleaning service will be under the direct responsibility of the Panama Urban and Domestic Cleaning Authority (AAUD).
The company emphasized that the value of one service does not affect the billing of the other, allowing for an orderly and transparent payment management for the consumer. For the convenience of San Miguelito residents, payment for the cleaning fee can be made through the payment centers and digital channels authorized by ENSA.
However, the distributor clarified that any inquiries, claims, or complaints related to the cleaning fee must be handled directly with the AAUD. The Cleaning Authority has provided the telephone numbers 524-1614 and 524-1615, as well as the WhatsApp lines 6535-1987 and 6535-1761 for this purpose. In the current month's bill, two differentiated items will be included: the charge for the period from January 19th to 31st and the fee corresponding to the February monthly payment. Starting in March, the document will only show the monthly cleaning service charge, along with any outstanding balance the client may have with the AAUD, if applicable.
