The Board of Directors of the Panama Savings Fund (FAP) has appointed Otto Oswald Wolfschoon Horna as a new member, following the ratification of his appointment by the National Assembly. His swearing-in took place on March 6, 2026, in the presence of the Minister of Economy and Finance, Felipe E. Chapman. The new board member currently serves as Executive Vice President and Deputy General Manager of Global Bank. His career also includes participation in boards of directors and strategic committees linked to the financial and business sectors. "His extensive experience in the financial sector will bring technical criteria and strategic experience to the Fund's management, in line with our mandate and long-term vision," stated Mario Amaya, president of the FAP Board. Wolfschoon, for his part, indicated that he assumes the position with institutional commitment.
