According to the company, these positions are aimed at professionals seeking to take on greater responsibilities within organizations. The selection includes positions such as Sales Manager at Cochez & Cía, Country Manager at Search Latinoamérica, and District Manager at Burger King. Other roles featured include Sustainability and Environmental Risk Leader at Microserfin, Administrative Systems Leader at El Machetazo, and Entertainment Head at Bern Hotels & Resorts. The list is completed with vacancies such as Talent and Culture Operations Head at Productos Toledano, Special Collections and Credits Manager at Canal Bank, Maintenance Head at CORPEISA, and Operations Supervisor at Estrella Azul. In parallel, Konzerta shared findings from its study 'Leaders or Chiefs,' which analyzes what aspects professionals value most in corporate leadership. According to the report, 83% of respondents believe that the main sign of good leadership is a positive work environment. This is followed by team performance results at 72%, and the ability to solve problems effectively at 55%. Other indicators mentioned include a low team turnover rate, increased employee satisfaction and engagement, and improvements in work quality and customer satisfaction.
