Copa Airlines flights will be equipped with WiFi internet provided by Starlink starting this October. This was confirmed by Diana Mizrachi, Senior Director of Consumer Experience at the airline, who indicated that the service will be incorporated on all aircraft. 'This will translate to offering Starlink WiFi with high-speed internet,' she noted. She specified that passengers will be able to download and upload videos, watch streaming content, connect to the data cloud, work from their mobile devices and laptops, as well as use video games, among other options. 'We expect that by the month of October, most of Copa's aircraft will be able to offer this service,' she added. Following the announcement, Starlink — a high-speed, low-latency satellite internet service operated by SpaceX, Elon Musk's aerospace company — confirmed the implementation of the service on the Panamanian airline's flights starting in the last quarter of this year.
