More than 2,000 units that are part of the Honorable Fire Department of the Republic of Panama, Sinaproc, and Acodeco, have begun to move to different points in the country where the celebrations of the four days of Carnival will take place.
The movement of people traveling to the interior of the country for these festivities has already begun. It is expected that thousands of Panamanians and tourists will join the activities that have been prepared to commemorate this important tradition.
According to the authorities, security and prevention measures have been implemented to ensure that the events take place safely and that both participants and visitors can enjoy the festivities without setbacks.
"We are deploying a large contingent of human and material resources to provide assistance in case of emergencies during Carnival. Our goal is to ensure the safety of all attendees and to guarantee that the celebrations proceed in an orderly and peaceful manner," stated a spokesperson for the relief agencies.
