The second season of the psychological thriller "The Ex-Wife" will premiere on December 4th exclusively on Universal+.
Based on the popular novel by Jess Ryder and adapted by Catherine Steadman ("Downton Abbey"), the series returns with more unexpected twists. The story picks up three years after the dramatic finale of the first season.
Tasha, whose perfect life in London was shattered by harassment from her ex-wife Jen, is trying to move on. She has left her husband, Jack, who has shown his true colors, and is hiding in Cyprus with her daughter Emily to start a new life. However, the destabilizing news that Jack has been released from prison early disrupts her peace. Tasha is now faced with a new doubt: "Who can she really trust?"
Joining the cast is actress Katie McGrath ("Supergirl") in the unsettling role of Jen. Tom Mison ("Watchmen") and Céline Buckens ("Showtrial") will reprise their captivating roles as Jack and Tasha. Jordan Stephens ("Foundation") also joins the cast.
The exclusive premiere for Latin America, including Brazil, is on Universal+. It is a production of Clapperboard Studios, Blackbox Multimedia, and Night Train Production for Paramount+ and Channel 5 in the UK, in association with All3Media International.
