Copa Airlines offered affected passengers the options to change their travel dates, modify their origin/destination within the same region at no extra cost, cancel their trip for credit toward a future flight, or request a refund for unused or partially used tickets through www.copa.com. The airline also stated that it will continue to monitor the situation and will provide new information within the next 24 hours.
