And in El Dorado, this is felt without anyone having to explain it. Minister Beatriz Carles, president of the National Council of the Chinese Ethnicity, confirmed that there will be a parade and a cultural fair, two main events that will make El Dorado come alive early in the morning. All with a message and on the streets, as the people demand. The fair is not far behind. It's here to push forward, to advance with force, to remind the country that diversity also builds a nation. Music, dances, artistic acts, and that energy that isn't manufactured, it's lived. The parade is packed with allegorical floats, school bands, cultural groups, and artistic expressions that speak of discipline, teamwork, and creativity. Nothing is improvised. Plate after plate, tradition and the local economy walk hand in hand, with the youth also on stage showing talent and the future. The Horse of Fire does not arrive gently. The Chinese neighborhood of El Dorado will be the meeting point on February 22, when the Chinese-Panamanian community will welcome the Chinese New Year 2026, marked by the strength of the Horse of Fire.
