On February 28 and March 1, the facilities of the Colón Art and Culture Center (CACCO) will host the event “Sabores de Colón,” as part of the celebration of the 174th anniversary of the city of Colón. This event aims to highlight the flavor of Colón's cuisine, culture, and the entrepreneurship of people dedicated to their culinary projects.
For two days, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., the public can enjoy local gastronomy, culture, and creativity, where entrepreneurs, chefs, and small merchants will showcase the best of Colón's identity. The event seeks to boost the economy and provide a platform for those who bet on the development of the province.
As part of the initiative, various accessible accommodation options have been arranged for visitors, with rates starting from 25 dollars per room for two people, up to options with breakfast included in recognized hotels in the district, thus facilitating the participation of tourists and residents from other provinces.
