Casis explained that to date, his foundation has not conducted any collection for Taitiana, as they were awaiting the required documentation from his team, including the official form and the corresponding medical diagnosis. Also known for his charitable work, Casis detailed that the first fundraising event was scheduled for April 11 during the Sandra Fest, for which he already had the necessary permits granted by Samy Sandoval. “As a foundation, we do not give money to family members,” he emphasized, explaining that the raised funds are transferred directly to the hospital in charge of the medical procedure, thus ensuring the correct use of the funds. These statements come amid the controversy surrounding the Taitiana case, marking a clear distance and outlining the protocols that govern his foundation's work. Additionally, he announced that they had planned a second solidarity event that would include a tour of the Free Zone and various streets in the province of Colón.
