Office and public service hours: • Good Friday, April 3rd: all offices will be closed nationwide. • Holy Saturday, April 4th: exclusive service for collection, product delivery, and prize payment from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. • Easter Sunday, April 5th: offices closed. • Monday, April 6th to Sunday, April 12th: return to regular hours at all locations.
