
Pope Francis continues to be treated with oxygen following his recent colon surgery, the Vatican confirmed. Despite this, his recovery is progressing according to the plan established by the doctors.
According to the official statement, the Supreme Pontiff shows favorable evolution in his health condition. Additionally, it was reported that he is walking, doing breathing exercises, and taking care of his postoperative recovery.
"Pope Francis is in good spirits, remains hospitalized, and continues with oxygen treatment," the Holy See indicated in the statement.
So far, no complications have been reported, and it is expected that the Pope can continue his recovery process without any setbacks.
