This initiative seeks to offer reduced prices by eliminating intermediaries in the distribution chain. Among the medicines available through this system are some of the most in-demand on the market, including the obesity drugs Zepbound and Wegovy, which can be purchased with discounts through direct agreements with manufacturers. The platform is a central pillar of Trump's strategy to supposedly contain the high cost of prescription drugs.
