A free health fair was held in the San Miguelito region, providing various medical services to residents. Organized by the Regional Health Directorate of San Miguelito, the event benefited over 350 people. Attendees received general medicine, dentistry, pediatrics, vaccinations for children and adults, blood pressure monitoring, weight and height checks, and free medications at the pharmacy. The director of the San Miguelito Health Region, Torre, highlighted the importance of these community actions. "We want to move the health center to the areas that need it most, providing timely and quality care," he stated. This event is part of an institutional strategy to strengthen access to healthcare. Health authorities reiterated that they will continue to hold these free health fairs in different districts of the area. The goal is to ensure timely and dignified access to services for the population, as well as to reinforce prevention and promote healthy habits in communities.
