Constitutional Challenge Filed in Panama

An unconstitutional lawsuit has been filed before the Supreme Court of Justice regarding the contract between the State and Panama Ports.

According to the plaintiffs, the contract in question violates several articles of the Constitution, arguing that it was granted unfairly and without the due bidding processes.

In the words of one of the plaintiffs: "This contract is detrimental to the interests of the State and to the citizenship in general. We firmly believe that it is necessary to review this situation and ensure that the principles of transparency and legality in the management of public resources are respected."

The Supreme Court of Justice, as the body responsible for ensuring compliance with the Constitution, must now evaluate the lawsuit filed and make a decision regarding it.
