Dayra, a law student at USMA, was kidnapped on February 19th in front of her residence. It was recently announced that a lawyer related to the alleged kidnapping of Dayra Caicedo has been placed in preventive detention.
According to the authorities, Dayra was kidnapped while she was about to enter her house. Fortunately, she managed to escape from her captors and seek help. Following the corresponding report, an investigation was initiated that led to the detention of the lawyer involved in the case.
