The Panama Industrial Union has urged the Legislative Body to responsibly and urgently resume the original proposal of the Executive, asking them to distance themselves from politics. According to the union, the future of the Social Security Fund and Panama in general is at risk if appropriate measures are not taken.
On the other hand, the National Police reported the apprehension of 234 people in operations where 14 search warrants were executed. These actions are part of the strategy to remove those who disturb public peace and safety from the streets.
