President José Raúl Mulino Quintero welcomed nine newly appointed ambassadors during a formal ceremony at the Presidency. The ambassadors represent various countries including Russia, Costa Rica, and the USA, among others.

This morning, the President of the Republic, José Raúl Mulino Quintero, received the credentials of nine newly appointed ambassadors to lead the diplomatic missions of their respective countries in Panama. The ceremonial act took place in the Yellow Hall of the Presidency of the Republic, with the presence of the Chancellor, Javier Martínez-Acha, accompanying President Mulino.

Among the new extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors who presented their credentials are:

Russian Federation, Konstantin Yurievich Gavrilov Republic of Costa Rica, Bernardina Esther Vargas García Republic of Nicaragua, Jessica Yaoska Padilla Leiva Eastern Republic of Uruguay, Carolina Soledad Villarrubia Barreto Republic of Korea, Han Byoung-Jin Dominican Republic, Esmérito Antonio Salcedo Gavilán Republic of Turkey, Armagan Irci Ensoy Portuguese Republic, Paulo Chaves United States of America, Kevin Marino Cabrera

In the words of President Mulino: "It is an honor to welcome these distinguished representatives of other nations, and we reaffirm our commitment to bilateral diplomatic relations to continue strengthening cooperation and dialogue between our countries. We extend a warm welcome and wish them much success in their roles as ambassadors in Panama."
